Chris will present on our theme: Impacts and Implications of a Warming World: Urgency Within the VOAD Movement

At Woods Hole, Chris provides guidance and direction on technical needs and approaches relating to analysis of meteorology and climate data, coastal and climate related hazards, emergency management, community engagement and risk communication.

Chris’ presentations are:
Science and Facts Behind the “Why” (that is, “Why” are we having storms with greater intensity and frequency?) and,
“Keeping Up with a Warming World.” The goal of the presentations is to help the VOAD community better understand the science behind these storms and explore strategies to better respond to them.
