Maryland VOAD, Inc. is a non-profit corporation that meets the tax exempt requirements of IRS Section 501(c)(3). Incorporated and existing wholly in the State of Maryland, we are registered with the Maryland Department of State as a charity. We are governed by a set of By-Laws which establishes a Board of Directors consisting of five elected officers — Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Treasurer, Secretary, and Communications Coordinator. We maintain a sales and use tax exemption with the State of Maryland.
